My name is Janeive and I'm the co-founder of Hardly Perfect Design, a small home-based business that creates t-shirts, hoodies, bracelets, and other accessories. I started this business with my sister Nohealani, who has Down syndrome.

Our journey started a few years ago when we were looking for a way to spend more time together and share our love for creativity. We both love fashion and design, and we thought it would be fun to create our own clothing and accessories.

At first, it was just a hobby. We would spend hours designing and creating new pieces, experimenting with different fabrics, colors, and textures. But soon, our friends and family started noticing our work and asked us to make some for them. That's when we realized we could turn our passion into a business.

Our goal with Hardly Perfect Design is to create high-quality, unique pieces that inspire people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality. We believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and our products reflect that.

But our business is more than just selling clothes and accessories. It's about creating a community that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and empowerment. It's about showing the world that people with Down syndrome can achieve anything they set their minds to.

We've faced some challenges along the way, but we've also experienced so much joy and fulfillment. Working with my sister has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. She brings so much creativity, enthusiasm, and kindness to our business, and I'm so proud of everything we've accomplished together.
